    It has been well over 24 hours since I gave him rs account and paypal info.

    He says he is witholding my payment until he gets recoveries changed.

    I spoke with him again today and he has not heard back from jagex.

    I will post these pictures as proof that I completed my end of the transaction with drygore/ skype=drygorers and am currently awaiting payment from him

    Gave him the 100m and he didn't give me any 07.

    DO NOT TRADE.

    Would be willing to forget all of it if he just gave me what we agreed. Though, I don't see that happening if you intended to scam in the first place.
