Jatha disputing my ban for no reason

Hey there well I have been banned for no absolute reason so here is the story in brief

Lalapo14 hired me to work for his gold website www.rsgoldstop.com he added me on Skype and was like hey dude need you to work for my site ill pay you like $500/month I was like ok since I had experienced of working for rsultimate I would find it easy.

So 10 minutes of him hiring me he asked me do you want a rank in a cc that will make you lots of money I was like no not really but if it really makes me money why not (ps he never told me the price of the rank until he had paid it) then I told him I don't want it but he said to late I have already bought it for you and he told me it was 500m eoc.

I was like dude what if I can't pay it off and by the way he has showed me no proof that he paid this 500m for all I know it could have been a free rank.

Then his Skype got hacked by oogabooga so I deleted him off Skype hence why there is no logs.

But he said if you can't give 500m its fine you can just work time on my site and cover it.

MOST IMPORATANT PART THE CC GP STALL WAS BANNED 3 DAYS LATER AFTER HE BOUGHT ME THR RANK YES 3 DAYS LATER so I MADE LIKE 0 FROM THE CC HE (APPARENTLEY) paid to get me ranked in.

So the we moved to many ccs during the same week ( gpbooth , switchgp )

so then after I used my own money and bought rank into a brand new cc as I was sick of constantly being in a cc which got banned every hour.

So to sum this up
: he paid 500m without telling me but I don't even know if he paid it
: he agreed to let me work time on his site but now he is saying he dosent want that and he wants "HIS" supposed 500m he paid which he has no proof that he even paid for all I know he could have told the leader that I would pay it once I made money and the cc got banned after 3 days.
: He done this without really my permission.

For example say I add you on Skype ask you " Hey want a rank in a cc that will make you lots of money" you will say yes naturally and then I say to you " Just paid you 10b bro give me it whenever" does this mean the other person will get banned as if so I will start randomly adding people on Skype and doing so this is completely unjust and I would like to be unbanned as soon as possible as I put a lot of hard work into this and have been trusted with bills plus made some good friends .

I'm tempted to agree slightly with this part at least.

He was asked if he wanted a rank, not "will you buy a rank".
The original deal was that he'd work it off as work for Lalapo's LiveChat but was then later asked to leave the website when Lalapo left the CC. They didn't talk for a month, during this time Jatha even attempted to get in contact with Lalapo asking if he needed any help after being let go. I don't see how Jatha has breached his side of the deal if the agreement was he'd work it off.. he's not being allowed to work/help so..

Personally, I wouldn't feel inclined to have to pay for it either but that's just my opinion. Thoughts?

 

If you confirmed that you had planned on working off the payment on his live chat, you are acknowledging that you do owe him something, so stop trying to say you don't. Clearly working on his live chat was impossible if he got hacked. I know gp stall wasn't free to get into because it was one of the more successful conversion clans.

Getting into those clans is not free. The clan getting shut down by jagex in 3 days has nothing to do with you not paying him back.

Stop trying to tell me he forced you into it. You could have easily just told him to f off and not joined the teamspeak and start hosting/whatever you guys do there.

 

You owe him for the rank. You agreed to it.

 

reply to my dispute I found out from many ranks that they believe lalapo never even paid for my rank and that it may have been given to me for free.

ps ( at no point did we agree that I had to give him back 500m )

 

I would however like to see proof that lalopop actually paid someone else for a rank

 

You still agreed to work it off on his live chat, which is obviously not going to happen if he got hacked. You acknowledged that you owe him something, whether it be 500m in live chat work or 500m.

When asked how much you made you gave me multiple answers (sometimes you say nothing, sometimes you tell me 249m). And here is a picture from June 6th stating that you make "500m eoc a week":



You have made at least 2b from being in Tom's clans. Clearly you have made back the 500m. Not to mention you are STILL in a clan owned by Tom, which I hear is doing very good.

I don't know any clan that would accept in members for free. All clan leaders want collateral in case of a scam, otherwise he would be out money. Regardless, if Lap told you he would get you into a clan for 500m and you acknowledge that agreement, I feel that you are responsible for it. You are only now saying that there is no proof of the 500m payment because you don't want to pay it, when you clearly acknowledged it a month ago.
