Scammed by Roary!

You gave me the Skype id to confirm it was Roary however it appeared you already gave him the gp so I assumed you got someone else to confirm it was him. When I added the Skype id I had a brief chat with the imposter thinking it was actually Roary and for some reason he told me that he accidentally overpaid you and requested me to tell you, so I did. This is beside the point since you already made the trade before this point. If this is the reason why you think the imposter Skype is actually Roary some reason, I am confirming that at no point did Roary actually tell me that Skype belonged to him.

I still don't believe I am any more responsible or think it was solely my fault, but Muzza and I were friends and I'd hate to see someone think I was unfair or be hurt by my carelessness. I've agreed to refund the 86M in instalments until it has been fully refunded and Muzza has agreed to this.

A new rule should be made that a moderator shouldn't send messages to people unless they verify who they are talking to. You here just assumed because i made the trade, that it had to of been Roary.

I disagree with you still as i had stated when someone is careless with there sythe (for example gets hacked, doesn't verify anonymous people requesting pms/messages) and then the impostor/hacker scams, that careless person owes full responsibility of his account and is required to payback the victim completely before he is unbanned, i understand no temp ban is going to be made nor do i want to see one implemented but i don't see why any alterations to this should be made with the outcome.

Although i do take in consideration Roary's current predicament which has let all staff know (showed me a qoute of his post in SL). Hence why i wanted him to make sure he wanted to do this and could do this. Although we still disagree as to whether he is liable. I think that Roary is a good guy and a reliable moderator therefore would highly appreciate and implore any admins if his repayment could be his only consequence (if any intentions were sought to be further) for an isolated incident where he was careless.
