    Winning a chargeback?
    I'm looking to chargeback this guy that I bought an account with. I bought the account and soon he shortly recovered (offsite), how would I win a chargeback? To get my money back, what do I put?

    That can still happen, for example if someone has a hack on your computer and is remotely controlling it.

    Just state I did not recieve my item, unless they physically mailed you the info, they will have no proof, as PP does not support the trade of virtual items.
