    So I bought 5m 07 about 5 days ago from rsultimate, I've checked daily, no one on their live chat.. If someone knows what's going on with them can they let me know? I have also sent emails with no replies..

    Afaik they are understaffed, severely and the main worker is currently running two of his websites and is fed up, to put it bluntly. Grave needs to hire more people. In the mean time, i'd advise people not to buy from RSU.

    If he has a lack of employees it is his obligation to take control of the responsibility himself and act as an employee. He should be processing and delivering orders himself.

    He has obviously failed to do so. I personally would never buy from rsu, i recommend the same for everyone else.

    Agreed, I purchased something from FragVPS and after hearing no response for a while I mentioned something about the site being a ghost town and the customer support rep was short with me about it.

    If I'm not mistaken, I think Grave is moving/was moving or something and most likely hasn't found the time to delve into hiring more workers and resuscitating RSU.

    The majority of his income is Rsu, that's a fact. Neglecting the business he profits most from is capricious and nefarious.

    If he acknowledged the severity of the issues he's having with staff he should have haulted all business.

    Bumping a thread? Lol. I wasn't aware sythe processes payments. Wait, they don't.

    Regardless of bumping or not bumping a thread he doesn't advertise on Sythe only.

    It's called marketing, incase you're not aware. Marketing and referencing. Meaning, when people make a purchase and they get good customer service they recommend to someone going to the same place they went.

    No one is going to go to a restaurant, pre paying for their food then wanting to receive it a week later. Same applys to RSGP, the customer is buying it for 24 hour delivery.

    If he knew he was going to have staff issues he should have completely haulted orders, posted on the website transactions are not being completed at this time.

    How would he know if he was going to have staff issues? alot of his staff leave without giving notice.

    sythe is his main market, and bumping his thread lets people know he is still active.

    You don't order something from a store online, and show up without checking to see if the still is open, the same applies to buying gold, every gold seller i know clearly state, please speak with a live chat agent upon placing a order to make sure the gold is available and for the fastest delivery times.

    This is the customers fault for not knowing how the process works. simple as that.
