Buyer claimed Unauthorized payment

Hey guys, I'm new to gold selling, I used to do it on Playerauctions but I moved to selling on sythe, and yesterday on my first trade I sold 30m for $7.50. The trade went well (with a verified MM) but today when I wake up I see this:

This is my first time dealing with this. Does anyone have any clue on what I have to provide PayPal with or how I can deal with this?

He charged you back obviously meaning he now has his money and the RSgp. It's a form of scamming please full out a scam report if you havnt already. As for the matter of winning the dispute it will be difficult because he claimed it was unauthorized. You could try telling them it was for virtual goods but other than that it is difficult. When selling gold through direct PayPal make sure you have confidence in the buyer that they will not chargeback. If you're not willing to go first to a person because you don't trust them enough don't allow them to pay with PayPal is a general rule I follow.

I banned the guy who disputed on you, so no need to make a scam report. A lot of unauthorized claims actually get denied, so you might win this one. I'm surprised he even bothered for only $7.50, which gives me the sense that he's not actually a really experienced scammer

Badluck OP. Only accept paypal from trusted users, use PA for those who aren't.

You say I might win this one. Does this involve sending PayPal any information? Or do I just leave it there and wait for the best?

Oh and the reason I moved from PA was that them fees are so high!

I've had mixed results with both. I think since you're new to paypal and trading, you should say that the buyer already received what he paid for and don't mention anything about virtual items
