Remove Twitch Tags

Its annoying that I can't even view a thread in the SF without Ryan's twitch playing 10 time simultaneously in different tabs. It makes my browser lag to fuck as well, pretty sure I remember there being a big deal made about GIFs a few months ago, well this is 10 times worse.

Also a******* on YT videos was removed so this should be as well.

EDIT: That or make a rule that twitch tags should only be used in a thread dedicated to the stream.

 

It was kinda cool and interesting at first, but yeah I agree with Corey...

Twitch tags are rather pointless in my opinion, and "forcing" others to watch and/or listen to someone's stream, when all they want to do is view some random thread in the SF, is a bit absurd...

 

I agree with their removal, or confinement to streaming threads. It's getting quite annoying now.

 

A more reasonable approach would be to just turn off auto-play rather than jump immediately to removal. Wouldn't you think?

I had assumed if that was an option it would have been done already, considering that we've removed auto-play features from other sources already for this exact reason.

I'm not trying to be bitter, but its annoying as hell.
