Need Help PP

Happens to me when Im trying to trade I send as gift / service none works I change amounts and still dont work

 

Are your funds in your PP balance, bank account, or are you using a debit or CC...?

 

not vertified and balance in PP

 

Clear your cache and cookies etc or use a diff browser. It's nothing to worry about its a glitch

 

I had to remove and re-add my card onto my account to be able to get past this "glitch."

 

I did both still dont work and I even try request method dont work aswell

 

Log out, clear cache, clear cookies, flush dns, reinstall browser, restart pc, try again.
If still not working, do what Chloect said. If its not working again, try verifying your PayPal and if you can't, phone Paypal and get them to help.

Is your PayPal account limited in any way, and have you confirmed your email address? If it's not limited and email's confirmed get on their livechat/phonelines.
