Dievaz is a scammer.

Briefly explain the trade: I trade him 14m for his level 55 account. ( http://www.sythe.org/runescape-2007...2-sell-ownage-lvl-55-84range-85mage-pure.html

How they scammed: He was going to sell his level 55 account for $50 or 14m rs 07 gp. I traded my paypal's $50 to rskingp for 14m and then I traded the 14m to Dievaz in game. He then went to sleep without informing me and the next day he continued delaying until he gave me fake details and blocked me on skype.

Do you have any proof that links that skype to his account? e.g a PM.

 

Unfortunately not, I am rather new to trades and haven't encountered scammer before. I see somebody else also got scammed for 13m on his account sale, I advised that user to post any evidence he has here.
