Is anybody here a rich staker?

Hey it's been forever since I played runescape, is anybody around that can teach me how to make money from staking in runescape? I tried earlier and am down 4 mil, have been having the worst luck, even though people are around my stats.

Do you know what pid is? Are you getting first hit? Staking really comes down to first hit for most ways of staking.

 

oh, I never figured out how to know your pid and if staking is really just based off that i don't really want to bother with it. I want to make a lot of money though I don't know how else.

 

alot of stakers dont have prayer due to it giving combat levels just a heads up

 

Yeah I know what the account builds look like, I look them up before I stake them.

Account build won't matter if you can't compete with their pid.

Well it really depends how you stake. If you are doing dragon dagger spec + whip, then yeah first hit is going to matter a lot because it almost always makes the difference between who wins and who loses in matches with few hits.

 

Get pid and get higher hp. Should be easy to make bank.

 

Pid means nothing in boxing.

 

I don't know anyone who would willingly give up first hit even when boxing. You never know when the fight comes down to the last hit, and often times it does.

 

Not as much as weapons stakes, no, but if you completely ignore pid, you won't make it far staking.

 

Almost all good stakers especially on 07 scape will try and stake where they have an advantage whether it be pid, levels, obstacles, basically anything which wont make the fight 50/50 but rather be in their favor.

Biggest tip is to not get mad cause you're down cash and start staking anyone even if they are higher than you, you will only lose more money. I find the best way to stake is to withdraw a small amount of your overall wealth from the bank say like 500k if you have 10m. Then go stake that amount and if you lose quite a bit and are down to say like 150k start going smaller to slowly build back up.

Dont get too cocky if you are winning. If you're up quite a bit bank the original amount you withdrew from your bank and go stake with just the profit you've made. This way even if you lose all of that you didn't really lose anything you had before going staking.

Thats about all i can think of, oh and if you're staking someone and keep losing go stake someone else even if they are your level.

 

Staking is such a bad way to make money, If you do it long enough you will get cleaned.

 

Only if your 'addicted' to it. I made over 350m the last 4 days and have never bin even close to be cleaned. I just dont really do high stakes.

if you cant get pid dont know what the fuck you are getting . you should just go to eoc staking honestly.

 

im finally deciding to do this, thanks for reminding me.. ive got best pid on my dds staker but hp isn't very high. prob gonna train range to like 70 or just pest control and train range for hp aswell
