Ban appeal lifted + appeal

I was originally temporarily banned for offsite scamming over 3 months ago, but someone obviously decided that lifting it to a permanent ban was appropriate.

I however believe that this is utter bullshit, as I have been furiously trying to refund this bloke for over 3 months, yet since the guy on powerbot doesn't want to even come online it's impossible.

As you can see there, i have tried to refund him, but every single moderator and administrator wants to make life that much harder by deleting all my requests to refund him and make life a whole misery.

I personally believe that permanently banning me as well after lifting my 1 week ban is bogus, as it was over 3 months ago, i have been frantically trying to refund the dude from powerbot and i have done plenty of trades (one of which they even went first on, however they fucking scammed me - user's name was dsmennel he refuses to refund me cause he's a scammer but i'm actually legit) and other members will tell you that if anything, I'm only here on sythe to do legit business and sell off all my shit seeing as I've quit this game.

Therefore i think that you should unban me as i have no reasons to scam, I'm legit as i have let users go first to me before and unlike some people i actually follow up with my side of the deal, and many trusted users will tell you that i am a legit person with no intentions of scamming, my only intentions are to sell of all my shitty stuff on the game and use all of the money to buy pokerstars or full tilt shit.

 

If you scammed off site, that is a permanent ban here, not a temporary ban. The temporary ban was probably placed by a sectional until the global upgraded it to permanent (sectionals cannot place permanent bans).
