Looking for Information

I was looking to start selling some 2007 gold.

But I have no idea about the process of doing so and I would like to be informed before I begin.

If anyone could point me to a step by step guide explaining how the actual in-game transaction and real life transaction is completed, I would be very grateful.

Things such as -
-How is the real life money exchanged.
-How is the RS gold exchanged and how much risk are the accounts doing the trading in?
-and What do all those acronyms (like OMM,(My guess is something like a middle man?)) stand for?

If you're wanting to make a profit atm look to buy for around $2.4-2.5 and sell for $2.75+ on Playerauctions.

 

If you are selling on Sythe, go to the 2007 market section and look at the 'Buying Gold' threads. You will see a lot of the 'bulk' buyers, who will have 1k+ vouches etc. I recommend selling to them when you are just starting out so you don't get scammed on your first transaction.

They should have their contact info on their thread, e.g. Skype. Add their skype and make sure you did not add an imposter's skype. Most buyers have their payment methods listed on their thread, paypal being very common.

Ask for a PM confirm after talking to the buyer on skype and tell them your Sythe username, they will confirm their skype is not hacked by sending you a pm.

After you have decided on the price and payment method, they tell you who to trade in game and how much.
