    I don't believe you can obtain a mind body in . On topic I used iron plate, best chaps I can wear and zammy holy book, bear helm, glory/fury and climbers and obviously Mithril gloves

    Get Tuna Potatos/Sharks They heal 22/20
    ALWAYS train potted if you can afford it. Super att/str
    Get an ectophial* for banking or ancients to teleport to the inn (canifis)
    *Offensive bonuses are good, higher hits, faster kills, higher chances
