i see. about that sauce is it like a coktail? i mean like with alchohol on it. if not i am able to try and make it. seems it's pretty delicious so far

It's not so much a cocktail per se but it can be made with orange liqueur. Traditional French orange sauce is made by creating a gastrique (pan caramel deglazed with vinegar), adding orange zest and juice (liqueur if desired), and thickening the sauce through reduction or an artificial agent such as corn starch.
