Jatha owes me 500m RSGP

1. He's admitted to owing me 500m EoC
2. He's agreed to work the balance off
3. After listening his story I think he's too sketchy to hold my gold
4. I'd like a refund of my initial 500m EoC investment that he agreed I could make.


Ok, so back in May, I decided to hire Jatha to work for my RSGP site. While negotiating payments, I asked him if he was interested in a rank in a popular RSGP MM'ing clan. At first, he told me he didn't want it, but after thinking for a while, he decided that he'll take my 500m (EoC) investment and agreed that he would pay it back once he's made it back.

After one month of being a rank in the FC, he's claimed he's made nothing. But the funny thing is that he went from having a 7M 07 bank to having "1B" to trade in his 07 buying thread. On his livechat he also told me he's sold Bills of EoC and a lot of 07 to RSkingP" but when he only started with 7m 07 I don't believe this is true. I think he made money through my initial investment and now refuses to pay me back the amount he owes me.

When I confronted him bout the 1B, he first says that he just made up that number in order to get interest in his thread, but as the conversation went on, he told me that he had spent over $500 buying RSGP from bluesky. When I asked him of proof that he made the trade with bluesky he is unable to provide me with any receipt of payment, nor proof that he received the gold.
After realizing that he is lieing about the trades with bluesky, I confront him about his alleged trades with rskingp, and again, he is unable to provide ANY proof of his trades with rskingp. Because of all of his lies, I do not feel comfortable with him working off his debt to me.

First he tells me he spent $500 on gold, but then he says he spent it on gold. Also, he refuses to tell me how much he's made off the 500m investment that he took from me. Also, he tells me he uses false advertising to lure customers to his store (but I believe he actually has the gold)

All I want is either my 500M back, or the equivalent via Paypal. I truly believe he's made the money back - when he first came to me he told me that he had literally no money and he really needed a way to make some. That's the reason why I made the investment for him in the first place. Now after I've made the investment he appears to have a lot of RSGP and IRL money.

I really don't think he can provide proof that he made WU payments to Bluesky for RSGP at .15/m or RSKingp can back up his claims that he's sold "bills" of EoC to him in June.

Yep. I paid 500M for his banana rank.

Also, when I made the investment I asked him if he would put the effort in hosting in the FC, and he assured me he would host actively.

He says he's made nothing from a month in the FC and when I was talking to him before I made the investment he told me he really needed to make money. But now he seems to be actively selling gold and trading for 07, which makes me feel like he made profit off my investment and is now trying to avoid paying back what he owes me. Along with his sketchiness, he started cursing at me so I do not believe him working the debt off is an option.

Even if I don't get my money back, I'd like to see a TWC given to him because of all of the lies he has told me.

 

Do you have proof as to how much he has hosted? Large MM pictures if you can find any than we can calculate his earned commission.
Has he been fined at all, if so for what?
What kind of fees does he have to be to keep his rank in the fc?

 

Err I got quit the FC about a month ago - he has since advertised for the FC so I assume he still plays an active part in it.

Anyways - that's beyond the point. What I'm getting at is that he has admitted to owing me 500M or 100$, and has agreed to work it off. But after confronting him last night, his story was too sketchy for me to trust him with handling my gold.

I want him to provide evidence of:

A) Buying $500 worth of gold from Bluesky
B) Selling B's and lots of 07 to Rskingp

Since he specifically told me before I made the investment that he had no means of making money, I have to come to the conclusion that my investment is what allowed him preform the aforementioned transactions.

 

Jatha is not even acknowledging that he owes you anything. Do you have evidence of the chat from when the loan was given?

 

The pictures show that he has agreed to "work off" the 100$/500m debt.

This was taken from Jatha's livechat. The above pictures clearly shows that he is acknowledging the debt...

If he didn't owe me anything why would he agree to "work it off"?

This is what I get from it from what was provided.

Lapalo bought Jatha into a gp exchange clan for 500m. It was clearly not for free. Jatha is trying to tell me that they agreed that the way Jatha would work off the 500m debt was through working on Lapalo's site as a worker. Jatha cannot provide me any evidence of this conversation because he says he deleted Lapalo off of Skype when he got hacked. Jatha claims that he only made 200m in his whole time there. When I asked him if he was willing to even pay the 200m that he made in the fc he told me no because it was agreed that the debt would be worked off through Lapalo's site as a worker.

Unless you provide the evidence that clearly states with him confirming that working on his site was the only way for you to pay off the debt, you owe him 500m (@Jatha).

 

Since I haven't been able to get in contact with Jatha for the past few days I will be giving him a few days to pay you the 500m EOC, unless you guys work together to decide on a mutually accepted payment date.

Then he changed his mind and TOLD ME to purchase the rank.


Get it straight. He asked me to buy it after declining the first time. I didn't constantly harass him about this - he came back to me.


Also - if he didn't even want to be in the CC, why is he still a rank/advertising the CC? It does not make any sense.

 

Jatha conveniently has no proof of any of this. My above statement stands. Mods check out pics in deleted post.

It appears he is actively trading in the market, and has the means to pay me back.

His failure to even contact me to discuss this issue is really annoying me now.

I would like to request a temp ban on Jatha until this is sorted out or atleast makes contact. Thanks.
