Halloween Mask Hunting Guide - all locations, tips, and location giveaways

2007HQ released its Halloween Mask hunting guide. It has all the locations, some tips, as well as a thread where other players can giveaway the locations of the halloween masks.

Even with all the locations I haven't found one rare back to when Scythes came out. Pretty sad tbh

 

It's getting harder and harder. The ideal times to find one are during the night or early morning. Any locations that require some sort of requirements (like levels, etc.) are best to go to.

 

im lookin hard boys, i found a red last night sold for 2.7m.

More people are searching for masks than any other rare. :/

Yeah, more people are looking for them.

 

Its really funny how people are spending ages of their time to find a mask. Prooves they have too much time on their hands, unlike other people i bought red mask for 800k, which isn't alot really. Considering they were 6M when they first came out lol

 

Also the fact that they will be available again on Halloween.

 

That actually makes them easier to find because they will switch spawns more often.

 

I wonder how much partyhats will sell for on the first day

 

party hats need a different event because everybody wants a ween and there are way too many people using bots

 

Now that rares are out, I think they should be distributed differently where everyone (especially non-botters) get a chance at getting them. Maybe as a rare drop from NPCs, or quests, or simply skilling.

 

A "rare" drop from NPC would not work out because of Auto Fighter bots that can loot. A quest or mini-quest would be a terrible idea because then EVERYONE would have them making them worthless, and every skill is bottable so that's out of the question. The way they have done it is the best idea, and non-botters can go searching in wild and easily find rares. In lava maze I have found 2 red h'ween, 1 blue h'ween, my scythe, and 6 pumpkins.

The point is that everyone gets a fair chance at it, and it's not like doing a single quest will give you a rare, there would be a very small chance of getting one while killing monsters, questing, or skilling.

 

I've found the best way is hopping aimlessly from world to world in the middle of wildy maze, or axe hut, 2 days, 6 masks deep

 

i got 45masks atm, Im going to hold onto them for nearly a month and see if they rise, fi not im still walkin with atleast 40m.
