How can I pay him back if he has been banned? Are there alternate options or do I just stay banned because I can't pay him back? I've tried to do everything I can but I can't trade him any more cash if he's banned already on runescape.

Proof of him saying he has been banned:

You could always sell the gold to a reputable member and give them his paypal address, or something similar. Work it out between you two.
