The Puncher is a Scammer!

First time I have sold gold and been scammed by someone with vouches.

I pm'd Puncher and went onto their live chat and spoke there, we made a deal of 1.1b for £150 (which I believe was a good deal on The Punchers side) He sent me a pm on here on which world to meet etc, I did the trade and then asked me for my bank details (29.05.2013) he/she said it would be 2-3 days until funds were in my account.

So I waited and nothing came, so I went back on the live chat http://www.thepuncher.co.nr/
and spoke to Miang, who brought up my bank details and when I looked 1 digit was incorrect, even though I had copied and pasted it.. I then became alittle suspicious then and Miang said it would be 2-3 days again.

Again, I waited and nothing showed in my bank, I went to talk to them again with online chat and it said 'leave a message' .. for 5 days it said this.. I left messages and also pm'd miang on here with no response.

It is now 17.06.2013, 20 days after we made the trade and I still have no money in my bank and cannot get no response from live chat as they have banned me from it and also I cannot message The Puncher on here anymore as he/she must have blocked me.

I know I have lost the £150 and I am very disappointed with them and I cannot do anything about it. I only have the pm I was sent on where to mee in runescape and no proof of chats.

So there goes my money, even with a member with vouches, I do hope you spent my money wisely Miang and that karma will come back to you.

I have proof of the pm sent here to meet in game from the puncher thats all I have and also that I am blocked and banned from live chat on their site..

Do you have any chat/trade screenshots or proof that he neglected to pay you ?

 

I don't have proof of trade or live chat from their site I am new to this and with him having vouches I assumed he would not scam me, but I have learn't my lesson now and I guess I won't see the £150 as I have zero contact with Miang anymore as they have blocked me
Just wish I had the proof of all this to prove it on my part.

 

can you ask Miang/The Puncher to prove that they sent the money etc? and ask them for the chat log? I am very sure they have it as each time I went on the live chat Miang knew who I was before I even typed anything, by saying 'Hi Angela' ....

Issued a TwC for the fact he is actively avoiding me and he took down the live chat. Which I think is highly suspicious. Once I have some solid proof he will be banned.
