The VPN has many different locations around the world.

Why would I want a VPN?

1) With the new PID system on 07 runescape the ip determines who gets the first hit in a duel.

Example:

Say if you and your opponent had the same stats, example 60 Att, 90 Str, 1def

the odds would be 65 - 35

The person with pid would be getting a huge advantage and would win way more then the person with out pid.

This is a tutorial which I tell you and I am 100% sure it works with any type of PC.

The third digit in the IP will be dividable by 8 and the last digit will be .1

You will be able to connect to the IP anytime you wish to and can stay connected permanently.
