So i've downloaded it and i'm really gona give a shot, all i want for the summer is to get my abs back. wish me goodluck niggas!

i used this for couple months so far when im at home, but i want to focus more on my body

my tai-chi master told me i need to train more on my condition (however you spell it) since i smoke cigs again which is really dumb of me i get exhausted faster. my gf is doing it aswell and i know some other friends who'v tried it and i saw youtube video's of people showing day 1-60 of their bodies, it's impressive lol. you might ask your self thefuck you got all these gear from, rsgp profit L0L

 

also i just fucking lold at the second pic cause that shit is fucking terrible

i do train at the gym but it's becoming boring after a while when my lazy friends ain't coming with me

yeah it gets boring going to the gym day in day out, it's why i do other things that are fun but give the same results
and 15kg what the hell, i have trouble lifting 10kg with one arm :l

 

yeah it's becoming so damn boring, usualy i went there with friends but they don't want to do it anymore and doing it alone is mehh
