Yep, just trying to raise awareness, I believe some extra precautions can be taken. VPN's, using different computers, etc... things that ain't uncommonly hard.

 

This seems as if they're just using this because higher elo players are complaining, this just looks like they're trying to scare you.

 

There are a few ways to prevent getting caught. Most boosters should know how.

Can't do much about IP changes. However you can BS a story that you were overseas and what not. Although, it's not hard from Riots perspective to tell who's been boosted. Huge/sudden jumps in ELO makes it quite obvious. Aswell as champ patterns, and previous seasons stats.

 

Lol riot spouted the same shit last year and what happened? Nothing. They are just talking to appease to the people who can't stop whining about everyone boosting keeping them from gaining elo (which is total BS they tell themselves to boost their ego).

But y'know, that's just like, my opinion n' stuff, man.

 

Why not just go with a safer method, such as duo'ing with a plat+ player?

 

what you gotta do is duo with a same rank account not plat and bronze for example.

Because you get plat players with bronze.

 

Same thing in Halo 3 if you go to Bungie.net every single 50 is apparently a hacker, host booter or bought their accounts. In fact not even the people selling the accounts got them to 50 they magically spawned in the unicorn cave and people sold the accounts.

 

Damn halo 3 was so much fun back in the day.
