Is there any other way i can stop this from happening?set up a business Paypal and get verified, make sure when they send it as a gift, make them say something along the lines of "I promise I won't chargeback" PAYPAL IS STILL DANGEROUS, I suggest either use western union or only accept eoc/07 GP as payment

Also how do you think i can start by going about this?get some vouches by doing free services and move from there!

And how much would you charge per xp/per quesT?thats your choice, try looking at other people's threads!

Also is it worth doing freebies for the first few , due to me having no vouches as of yet?just pointed that out :)

How should i format the thread?be creative use diff colors/gfx/formatS

Well paypal wise that's hard, but i'd be sure to only accept paypal from trusted members to avoid the chargeback issue.

This belongs in market discussion I believe, I will request a move for you. There is absolutely no way to prevent a chargeback, other than to accept payment methods such as Player Auctions, or only accept payment in 07/EOC GP, then moving it to more trusted buyers/sellers. This will prevent you from being scammed via chargebacks.

It is always worth doing some freebies as nobody wants to pay a newcomer to do quests for this, as they don't know whether or not you're trustworthy.

Get EOC as payment and then sell it to reputable buyers.

Aim to receive gold for payment, but do not be afraid to use Paypal. It's less common for people to chargeback when you have their username / password. I also suggest having people send a note for exactly what they are receiving. For example:

"Level 1-50 Thieving for Runescape (Virtual Service)"

This will quickly dispel all non-receipt claims. Provide a high quality service, and communicate with your buyers. Despite the horror stories out there, if you provide a good service, you should do fine. People aren't as bad as you think! You'll need to earn a reputation though, so be ready for the long haul.

You could tell them to put as a note in the paypal payment something like "i am receiving virtual goods and will not chargeback" so if they do you have a pretty good case against them and paypal will most likely throw the case your way
