Administrators:

What do they do: Deal with issues on and off the site, such as break-ins or major forum issues.

What do they do: Basically they are moderators of the whole website. They have to the power to ban users and lock/edit/delete any thread or post.

What do they do: Moderate anything and everything relate to graphics.

What do they do: They are the official Middlemen of Sythe.org

What do they do: People with this rank have been known to or have recently commited a scam, or fradulent charge under the rules of sythe.org, this rank is just a warning to those who may trade with them.

Great information, however having the java programming and/or vb programmer ranks do not allow you to moderate anything.

Edit - add in all the veterans as well

What do u need to do to be a SCAR Programmer? (i mean get the rank) As StarBlaster100 isnt and hes one of the best SCAR scripters i know (but maybe he doesnt want the rank..?).. And ive never seen a script by Andrew and 1 by Blizzind -_-... Or have they made scripts ages ago then ?

 

I think you have to make VERY GOOD ones and be chosen. Just my guess.
