Cold Shower 30 Day Challenge

the lowest temperature that i remember checking on the weather.com was like 0 degrees or possibly negative. i did remember showing when it was that cold and didn't give a fuck. we don't have heaters so we live through the cold weather and eventually, we become Eskimos. now its warmer, i have no problems showering in cold but i never use hot water other than washing ma hands or dishzes

 

Coldest weather this winter was -45 c. Also winter of 010 i fell through a frozen lake....so no cold showers for me.

 

Fuck it I might just try this....just for shits and giggles

 

I have cold showers and since I have started having them my skin looks a lot better than usual. Before I was just sexy... Now I'm super sexy.

 

Last time I took a cold shower my foreskin got stuck and it hurt real bad.

 

after games or practices i normally say to myself a cold shower sounds good, but i always end up crankin it up hot.

 

I'm so going to do this, I want to live forever!

 

Looking at the benefits, I will definitely try this out.

I'm here to update my progress on this challenge:

I woke up rubbed my eyes, and got out of bed.
I then walked to the shower, turned it on a lupe warm setting.
I slowly began to lower the temperature, until it was considered cold.
Failed miserably and couldn't last it out, I did it for shits and giggles, and none were had, just a cold and shivers during the walk to school -- I do live in England where most of the weather is shit.

 

You gotta hop in with it on full blast cold, or else your doomed.

 

Bitch please. In the summer, I shower with the garden hose. I get one of those showerhead lookin things people use to water plants. Cold as piss, but it wakes you up, saves time and water because you shower a hell of a lot quicker when you're freezing.

 

It's winter where i live, means it's cold as fuckkkk.

So no thank you cold shower.

 

Starting this.

Fuck going from warm to cold, I'm going balls deep. ( shame that they will be in my throat )

My grandfather would always make us get out of the hot-tub and roll in the snow before letting us back in the house.

 

I haven't done this like I said I would as I always forget until halfway through the shower -.-! Luckily I'm actually just about to jump in the shower now so let's do this

 

I actually tried this today remembering this thread, thinking maybe I'd get some benefit out of it.. No benefit, I stood there for maybe 10 seconds and turned the hot water back on.
Kudos to whoever can do this for a good 30 days straight honestly.

 

Fuck it im trying it today. Maybe cold showers will solve all my problems.
