    I have 2 bot windows open, when I opened another and tried to log in, runescape said "Log in limit Exceeded", is that supposed to happen?

    Yes, it was set by Jagex to stop people from multi-logging.

    What I do is have the worlds highlighted, then click play on all the bots as fast as I can lol...I can get 4-5, haven't tried more yo

    i also did this, no ban so far, but this method won't work long, you will have the same problem after the bot tries to re-log in after 6 hours, just use different worlds :)
