PC on 238x/128x linked eoc/07 account

Just want a quick price check on this account. I haven't touched it since September 2012 EOC wise, so anything that came out after that I am not up to date with. Accounts are linked and on the same account. I'll be using an OMM at my expense.
EOC account -
238x total, 200 combat, all tasks completed (AS OF PRE-EOC), 324 QP, tier 9 Zerk ring, tier 8 desperado, imbued rings, all mage books unlocked, all but 2 livid farm spells left.

70+ All combat skills except prayer. Prayer is only 60. Finished King's Ransom however.

Has Ancients, DOES NOT HAVE LUNARS.
Full Range/Mage Void. NO MELEE
Barrows gloves/fire cape/Rune defender
House with 5 portals/Altar - varrock, yanille, kharyrll, ardy, fally.
