Ability to edit topic title in vouch forum

On Sythe, you cannot edit your topic title after it has been posted. However, I suggest that this be changed in the vouches forum. To clarify, I am suggesting that you are now able to edit the title of a topic that you posted in the vouches forum.

Pros:
Easier to see how many vouches a user has
Auto links will update with current vouch amounts (not sure about this)

This is a mod power, it can't be given to normal users.

Don't you think this has been suggested 3200 times before?

Any URLs posted to that thread before the change now don't work.

 

Con is if you allow thread title changes, you have to allow the rest of the mod actions such as locking, approving, stickies - you can't just pick and choose abilities. Therefore never gonna happen, run a Google search, been plenty of these suggested

 

Actually, it very easily can... You need to l2vBulletin. But there's no point for it.

It's only a minor staff power. I don't think that the suggestion should be denied solely because it's a staff power, since that can easily be changed. Editing your own topic title is a common feature among other forums, I don't see a negative here yet, besides the fact that it's simply always been a staff-only power

 

Never gonna happen, why on earth would staff powers be given to non-staff.

 

I'm not really sure why everyone keeps making a big deal about it being staff powers? Surely the benefits of this outweigh the taboo?

 

Well then there's the problem that people can change a thread title if there's a scam report out on them to help cover their tracks.

I am suggesting that a user only be able to edit their thread title in the vouches forum if they created the thread themselves. I don't see where scam reports come into it
