R.I.P Atlas

Hello all, Today my dog died to blood cancer spreading through his whole body and we decided to put him down since he suffered enough. Rest in Peace i love you so much.

 

Sorry for your loss. I couldn't imagine having to put my dog down. :/

Ah mate, my thoughts are with you. I recall losing my dog to old age as a kid, it was so unbearable and literally broke my heart. I hope you're okay, my friend

Hello, I would like to say sorry for your loss, and animals such as dogs have so much sentimental value.

My dog had to be put down due to also having cancer - it was just suffering way too much.

I slowly gave the dog a nice stroke, said my goodbyes and his body slowly began to rest - very saddening moment. The dog was bought on the day I was born and so I had grown up with him.

I was extremely unhappy for days but then I just began to have these happy memories of when I used to take him to the park and we'd play fetch and I remembered how he was no longer like that nearing the end of his life.

I did miss him - but I knew I had done the right thing and should remember him in a good way, it all comes in time, don't worry.

Rest in peace to your dog my friend, I know how it feels...

 

It really sucks, I grew up with my dog aswell.

 

Aww, I just came across this and it reminded me of my dog.
My parents got her when I was 2, and she died 2 years ago.

I even kept her old tooth that had to be removed when she was younger and made it into a necklace type thing.
I'm sorry to hear about it though.

 

Sorry for your loss, my dog died a few years back. It's tough.

 

Losing my dog as a child was extremely hard. My current dog is getting really old and I'm counting the days until we have to put him down. :/
