Basically, I was buying 10M from this guy and I said I'd do it in increments (2M, 3M, 5M) - I completed the first payment of $5.46 - I then sent another $0.70 since it wasn't enough to cover the fees. User then failed to meet me in game and I didn't receive anything that I paid for.

Key Times:
1:23 - $5.46 first payment has been sent.
7:28 - Claims he didn't receive enough money to cover fee's (confirming first payment) - I was hesitant to click his link to begin with . Since I started to have my doubts I tried to see if he'd rush the first trade more by saying i'd send the last bit as one lump sum.
11:07 - I send the extra $.70 to cover the fees
13:09 - User asks me to verify to PayPal email
16.36 - User agrees to meet me in game asking me to verify the world we're to meet..
17:34 - Doesn't meet me instead removes me as a contact and doesn't make an effort to contact me again..

Truly is pathetic what some people will do for money, willing to commit a crime? If there is any other information you'd like let me know.
