    Getting Started with Bitcoins

I've been looking into bitcoins and i'm not too sure how i'd go about buying/selling bitcoins. From what i've heard mtgox is the most popular place to buy and sell bitcoins but how do you get money onto mtgox and once it's on there how do you withdraw it? I currently have a Canadian bank account and CAD/USD on paypal. What're my best options?

    Thanks :)

Mt Gox is really good, just create an account with them. Once you do then you will have to become verified which can take up to a week. Basically you have to provide a scan of a current utility bill + drivers license or other form of identity e.g. birth certificate + phone bill (you can forge these using photoshop and one of your parents copies quite easily if you don't actually have one and just use your birth certificate). Failing Mt Gox then I would suggest getting an instawallet (don't loose the link!!) and then go to any other bitcoin service in your country, just google buy bitcoins Canada and you will see a few options. From there the local exchange will provide you with a bank account number with a personal reference code. Just walk into your bank and give them cash or whatever to be paid into the said account and in the notes section write down your reference code. Once the exchange/agency receives the $$ then they will credit your bitcoin address (instawallet) with the bitcoins you ordered.
Good luck!! haha go to youtube if you don't fully understand or if you get lost ;)

EDIT: Also, it is VERY difficult to convince people to sell you bitcoins for paypal so don't expect to ever be able to get them this way. You would probably just be getting scammed!

Since it took so long to get a good response like the one above I eventually figured it out myself. This can be closed, thanks.
