Admins such as firez, truly remind me of the power abusing authorities we have in today's society, take for example the police. If they don't like you, you'll know about it.. And guess what? There's nothing you can do about it because they can get away with murder.

Think about it, whose going to stand up for themselves over someone who THINKS they are above rules/laws... Nobody.

If firez doesn't have to show proof of said private message, no body within this community should show proof of any accusations. It is outrageous to think that the ones who are running this website can do as they will.. You guys want to grab the attention of new members and become a bigger community? With the way admins and upper staff run this junt, that won't be happening.

I want to point out, what I say has no affect whatsoever within this community, as I'm a nobody here. But what I can say is; I donated $300 to sythe, because what I thought I was donating to was a great community, something I thrived to be apart of.. And as of late, I'm regretting doing so. Why would I strive to become anyone in this community? Strive to become an admin? Firez is no role model, and as lame as it sounds, we need role models within this community. And if framing people, accusing and abusing powers is what he chooses to do, then why can't I, or better yet, why shouldn't I do the same?

If you honestly think offering to verify a blackhat guide is not against the rules, you are strongly mistaken. Not only do you show the intent to obtain, but also by offering to verify this guide you are helping to distribute an illegal guide.

Having knowledge in certain areas is not against the rules. Trying to obtain illegal items and helping to distribute illegal items is. Don't try to brag about knowing the rules so strongly because clearly you are oblivious.

moes in case you are oblivious to how the PM system works, Magic Arrow can easily have deleted it from his sent box (not saying he did).

@ASAPGANG, this site has an authoritarian rule, which has been made clear by Sythe himself on numerous occasions. Arguing rulings by staff you disagree with won't get you anywhere, and is just futile.

Only thing I agree with is that the community won't expand with our current state. - Our current state has nothing to do with staff/staff powers/bans/etc, it's all down to demographics, advertising and proper nurturing.

Basically to conclude my posts, what this thread shows you is the hatred towards staff and how a few of them abuse their powers. If there is no respect between community members then this will turn out very sour. KMJT I'm not going to waste my time posting useless shit. Lets just leave it at that. Just do your job and take care of the dispute section properly and help people out. Don't give me the I'm a volunteer line either, yeh you don't get paid but you agreed to do a job. So either do it, or let someone else do it for you because I'm pretty sure there are a thousand and one people who wouldn't mind doing and wouldn't complain about not getting paid for it.

I have had troubles with staff members before, not on sythe though, and all I can say is "let it go". From what I have seen then most topics like these end with the website owner basicly warning/banning everyone for posting and tbh that's the only logical way to go around with this sort of stuff.

I'll give you a lively example why this happens. Lets take schools for example. If a teacher does something wrong, then guess who is to blame? The children ofcourse. And why is that so? Cause it would stir up too much shit that has gone down in the past. Other teachers would be afraid to do their job and start slacking. Just imagine if teachers wouldn't protect/cover for each other. It would be a chaos without any respect towards the teachers. Now imagine if something like that happent on the internet where everyone are basicly annonymous. It would be a shitstorm of a larger scale. It would start to kill the community and if you expect the owner of the website to do something like that then you're delusional.

In short: you won't see a publical execution of a staff member so stop asking for one. It's just a warn/ban waiting to happen.


I'm not saying that Firez was right or wrong but take your head out of your ass and think about the bigger picture. I'm pretty sure you would ban the person who called you a faggot, I sure would. This is a dictatorship and will remain one. Someone also wrote "power to the people", sorry but people are stupid and people can't run a website.


Good luck to you with this thread but I can assure you that it won't work, sorry but that's the harsh truth. Unless Firez starts scamming or mass-abusing he will remain an ADMIN and an example to others as a person not to fuck with.

 

All i'm going to say on the matter, i'm not to happy with the way staff has been handling disputes lately, like re-pardon in 6 months faggot, or all the cursing/name calling on x339s thread, and overall -staff acting like most of spam forum on peoples disputes. unproff if you ask me.

Yea firez acts like a dick, why? because he can hes got a yellow name, and that around here more or less entitles him to w/e he wants unless big R. decides other wise, and thats the way the cookie crumbles.

I've seen FireZ from late 2010 to the present. In all that time I can say I've had about... 0 problems with him.

Honestly I don't know what the fucking problem with him is. You all cry when he's mean in a dispute. For example if someone who is shady to hell and isn't getting unbanned makes a dispute and his response is "fuck off" or "go away", I mean guaranteed there will be a thread about it in staff feedback a few hours later. It's stupid, if anything him saying that is funny or amusing, not mean or signs of corruption. People who tend to complain either love starting drama or just don't like FireZ for whatever reason(s).

Yes he's strict, but there are a lot of times staff need to be strict. He would never have got admin if Sythe didn't want him at admin. If staff weren't strict then there's a lot of users who should stay banned who would be unbanned right now. Plus the rules wouldn't be as strict as they are.

In all fairness this really should have been sent to Sythe's inbox. Marrow he will take you seriously if you explain it in a mature and sensible manner. I recall the "finn is dishonest" threads by Tyro in 2011 where even Govind said they should have been PMed to Sythe instead of spammed all over the forum in the first place.

And Delta, x339 has every reason to stay banned. He claims he never broke any rules yet I can pick out several rules he broke. Superman's post on it names a few of them.

 

Delta, I agre with you, that there is a huge difference between how KMJT and Dave handled the very same report, but let's not forget, that it's only voulenteering to mod this website and also; Everyone has better and worst days, I'm sure KMJT doesn't respond to ALL reports like that and taking one example only doesn't prove standards of quality.

All I can wonder is why JasonBateman is all of a sudden banned?
Is this because of this topic? Because he hasn't posted anywhere else in weeks.
This whole conversation is giving me doubts and it seems that some people want to put this conversation into a big pot and make it go away.

If anybody banned him for this thread, that would be a very bad idea.
