Reporting FireZ (FireZ is Dishonest)

I am raising the issue that many users of this site are too scared to post about. Look at the poll and decide whether I'm the only one with an issue with him.

How exactly do you prove that a vast sum of the forum has an issue with a staff member without letting the forum prove it?

@kjmt - It's still not your place to speak and act on behalf of an admin (FireZ in this case) unless given permission to, no matter how you want to justify it. The dispute was clearly addressed to an administrator; not to you.

 

I personally would call this spam.

However, I see your point as how this thread could be offensive to the staff member in question.

That being said, staff need to have a thick skin.

This thread is feedback made by ex-staff... ever heard of the phrase, "If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen."?

I would find this thread to fall under this category.

This is soely my opinion and my opinion only. It reflects my opinion and nobody elses. If anybody's opinion also reflects mine in part or full is soely a coinsidence.

 

That wasn't my first dispute. You had no business in that thread. The only reason you posted was for kiss ass points with FireZ.

Isn't that why Finn was so powerful? Again, staff like you are the reason corrupt admins have been a feature of this forum. From Shredderbeam, to Finn, and now FireZ.

There is absolutely no way to prove the situation. What good is dragging it out going to do? Its just a waste of time. If Firez deleted the pm like most people do, it is impossible to prove anything.

 

Tell me exactly what you hoped to achieve from that particular thread?

 

1. Marrow is right that if you can't contribute to a dispute you should not be handling it.

2. I agree that if he was unbanned by N4N0 for the offense he committed, he should have remained unbanned until he broke another rule to warrant a ban. At the same time, I sort of see why he was rebanned, as I assume that N4N0 didn't consult FireZ before reversing his ban (happens from time to time), however a user should not be punished because a staff member failed to consult the banning staff member. Its possible that a new addition to the staff code should be in place to fix this.

3. I don't think a thread essentially polling for the demotion of an admin is the right way to go about this, its nothing but a public shitshow which we all know will go nowhere. At the end of the day, its up to Sythe to manage his Administrators, and I'm sure he can do that without these threads. Point being, this does nothing but cause arguments and drama.

 

Personally, I think that if you were to request an opinion from the community on FireZ WITHOUT POSTING YOUR OPINION (especially this story, in which noone is involved, nor it the truth provable), that would be much more better, than this.

My main problem with the way you're handling this situation that you are dragging the community into your personal conflict with FireZ and aren't really asking for their opinion on his moderation, but rather are asking, who dislikes him like you.

I'm sure you're not dumb, so let's look at it honestly: If you see a long ranting post about a company for instance, will you deal with that person? No. Will you have a general bad impression about that person? YES. And that is the main reason, I believe you are wrong posting such.

I mean, in my real life, I've had people tell me bad about xy and when talking to this person and getting to know her better, I only realized later, that: Shit, I had booked her as a bad person, before even getting to know her, only based on what people have said about her. See the point again?

The last two threads you linked us to with Heatz, he was right to deny him.
He is sketchy as hell, and doesn't deserve that TWC removed, and to my knowledge he still owes someone money.

I have nothing else to add to this, I'm just stating what I believe with those two.

 

1. Deleting a ban reason for a user so soon after the incident is stupid.
2. You ASSUMED FireZ deleted it, when he clearly hadn't.
3. You didn't allow justice to take it's course.


Just eat a piece of humble pie and take the criticism you were asking for. Stop defending your actions when it's so clear that they're wrong.


So many people would love for FireZ to be removed yet he still hangs onto that admin position. If I were him I'd resign for the greater harmony of the community. FireZ is Sythe's Bashar

 

The proof is there, I just want him to post it. He made me think I was hacked the way he made it sound like there was a new PM. I now know there was no new PM. It got to the point where it was my word against his and Govind went through my PMs and found nothing, yet FireZ still refused to post the proof. He is corrupt

I understand if you don't agree with the way I'm going about this, however this is the only way to actually have something happen about him. He's general douchebaggery approach to this site is causing problems.

 

It's not about denying the dispute, it's about the way he denies them. He presents himself in an IDGAF way, and it gets on the nerve on so many users. The fact that he's an admin means it's a complex process to get around his decisions.

Clearly hadn't? Is that an assumption? Justice to take course? You have no proof whatsoever of what you are claiming.

And I didn't close your dispute because of me siding with Firez. I closed your dispute because it wasn't respectable to any of the mods, and I will continue to close disputes that aren't respectful unless told otherwise by staff. It is how I have always handled disputes like that, I am not just "targeting" you. Is it really that hard to post a proper dispute?

Why are you even still arguing whether or not the PM happened when you admitted that your account was compromised?

 

It shows that it is a legitimate concern when others share the same view as me though, doesn't it mane?

 

I do have the proof, but I want FireZ to post it so he can show the world he's a liar.


I never said my account was compromised, I said at one point he made me think it was because he was so adamant a PM was sent and I knew I hadn't. Add to that, Govind changed my password to go through my PMs and I wasn't told it was happening, so when I tried to log on and my password was changed, I thought it hacked.

I've stated about half a dozen times in this thread what it's point is, stop being a nuisance.
