    Hi,

    So I buy and sell like thousands of dollars worth of Habbo a week and I went to go send one of my sellers his money for his items he gave me and PayPal said when I went to send.


    "Sorry we can't send this payment at the moment."

    My account isn't limited and is fully verified, I can still withdraw and receive money as I just withdrew 500 USD any halp. =[

    They could possibly be limited, but when that happened to me it said something like "this user can not receive payments"

    I used to run into this problem a lot when sending in increments internationally. Clearing cookies makes complete sense, thanks, can't believe I hadn't thought of it at the time lol.
