Step by step
First you need to download a compiler
Download the newest DirectX SDK from Microsoft
setup your compiler link all the appropriate stuff
Download Azorbix's d3d starter kit
Search for it in these forums
start a new project , win32 DLL,select empty DLL
open up your work space click on file view and open up the tree
add all the source files and header files from Azorbix base
open up d3d9dev.cpp
declare int m_stride= # //#=u need to find the stride number
scroll to setstreamsource put this
