Anything else you can provide that might help:

Yesterday insta logged out, when i tried to log in again it has been locked because they suspected it has been stolen etc.
I pmed him on powerbot because he is quite active there and this morning when i tried to login it said wrong password AKA recovered...
His powerbot account is already banned, the reason why is unknown but it seems he isn't legit.

Haven't got a clue, i'm to new to trading for that, if you need more info or anything at all please say so.

Have you PMed him on Sythe, or Skype asking for help? If so could you please upload those screenshots? If not, could you? It's typically hard to establish an account recovery. I'm satisfied a trade occurred. I just need evidence that he recovered it. The evidence can be in the form of his reluctance to assist you in recovering the account. So what he says when you ask him for help is important.

 

After he blocked me on skype, got banned on powerbot and ignores me on sythe i got him replying on Hackforums:
