My Galaxy Nexus Broke *android People Help Me* *paying For Help*

Its always black screened but i can hear stuff happening on it like my screen vibrating and stuff.

found that article it says my phone is "bricked"

and the guy there said to do this to fix it.


1. Download the zip file from http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f634...eeeee-1465412/, created by Legija
2. Extract zip to whatever location you're comfortable with (I used Android directory)
3. Open up Device Manager (Hold down Windows Key, press R, the type in devmgmt.msc and press OK)
4. Go to actions menu, select Add Legacy Hardware
5. Choose install manually, then have disk. Browse to where you extracted the zip, select the 'inf' file in usb_drv_windows
6. Choose OMAP, you'll get a popup if on Win 7, continue anyway (driver not signed)
7. Once completed with driver, pull battery out of phone, then plug it into USB
8. Double click omap4460_tuna_hs_pro.bat to start the process
9. Once completed, unplug from USB, put battery back in, and power-up!
10. Extra step - depending on what's been done, it may 'brick' again - suggest to do a restore or a wipe reinstall afterwards to be certain (mine bricked again next reboot)




I got the file can someone please skype me or something and lead me step by step on how to do this if you have any knowledge on this? I can pay you in osgp if this works.

 

I'm confused, what exactly are you asking for? Are you asking for somebody to read you off the steps you just posted over Skype? The instructions you posted are very straight forward, is there a specific step you're confused about or stuck on?

 

Yeah im getting messed up on the steps i did exactly what it said and my phones not working !!

hopefully you're using odin for your CFWs. I say this because you had to have been messing with something you've no business messing with if you're not up to par with it. Phones don't generally just brick themselves on stock firmwares.

sounds like you oughta try blind flashing the phone with stock firmware, and then leave it alone.

 

What does that mean i didn't understand one thing you said

 

Where you trying to root/had it rooted?

 

I dont know i still need help i think i just have to follow this steps i wasnt trying to do anything

 

Take out the battery in your phone, no shut down or anything. Put it back in. Now hold down the power button and the power down button at the same time until the bootloader comes up.. If this doesn't work (nothing comes up), you need to replace your screen.

 

Bootloader doesnt work yeah i heard i need to replace screen but the guy said it would cost so much that it would be be better to just buy a new phone :/
