where do 07 party hats come from?

This is a curiosity question as I was thinking of playing rs again. How did jagex implement rares in 07 runescape? PMed answer would be best

 

I don't even think they have any in the game yet do they.

 

people are trying to buy them so I guessed they did but I don't know.

 

When are they coming?

 

I don't think they have them in 07, for them to do that they would at least need the GE, which they don't. I doubt they would just magically make them appear for the sake of 07 players wanting them, those individuals trying to buy probably don't know any better.

 

No rares are currently in place of 07 dumbax (jegax) is still debating how to put them in game

Getting released on Sunday I heard

 

They clearly come from Jagex..

 

if they get released how would they be distributed? i feel like this would make people quit lol

 

I heard each one will drop at each world at a random location.

 

Scythes are being dropped beginning next week, 1 per world per location (once it is picked up from 1 location, it spawns at another).

They are going to be introducing different rare items that way throughout the month of June.

After that period, you will be able to get rare items from holiday events (example: Christmas event can give a Christmas Cracker etc.).

 

They wont really be rare then will they for the xmas crackers as everyone will do the event, they are only rare in eoc as people didnt think they were going to be rare and it looked cool and therefore we wasted them in pking etc when they were released

 

Why would the GE need to be in?

It doesn't mention anything about 'trade-able' rares being spawned. I don't think it would be something Jagex would do.
