It has 88 strength, 85 ranged, 94 magic and 44 prayer. Highest non-combat skill is fletching which is 89, the rest aren't really worth mentioning. Has all the quests done that a pure would need: DT, MM, RFD up to mith gloves, horror from the deep etc.
Has probably a mill or two in items, couldn't be bothered to calculate it all together but it's definitely enough to get you started. Feel free to ask further questions about the account if I left out something important.

I haven't worried about gathering vouches too much in the past but some can be found in random threads that I created, I haven't made a separate thread to pile up vouches or anything .

Not interested in another account and 9M is nowhere near as much I'm looking for it. 94 magic alone cost about 30M. Obviously that can't directly be added to the price but it definitely makes a big difference.

What you have posted is not enough proof of the presence of recoveries or lack thereof. Go to the lobby in eoc, then post a picture of the recoveries and jag from there.
