Effective ways to stop watching porn/fapping?

Is there an effective way to stop watching porn/fapping? I really just want to quit watching porn because my religions forbids it (Islam) and it's a really huge sin. I just can't find a way to quit it; everytime I decided I'm quitting, I watch porn the next day and so on. I'm finishing school on June 9th and I'll be going out a lot. Should I just go out everytime I think of porn or what should I do? I can't watch porn whenever my parents are at home; but usually as soon as they go out, I start watching.

P.S: I'm not homosexual.

Find something else to do when you're bored or feel the urge to distract you.

Trust me, dude..it's not as easy as you think..I've tried doing pushups, watching tv, etc. but I still have the huge urge to watch porn :S

Block it on all of your computers like websites and such.

 

This is a normal phase that normally everyone goes through; Just about that age (when you are graduating) people normally have this stage, where they are striving for this form of joy more often, than in younger or older stages. It will go away.

On the other hand, I suggest you find something to do, that you enjoy enough, to take your attention away from such issues, et cetera. For instance if you have something to do all day, you won't feel horny, as you won't have that blank timeframe, where you have nothing better to do, really.

 

Hang out with friends all day, or get a job etc. If you are always out of private, you won't have time to do it.

 

It's not gonna be easy, harder then resisting things like smoking. I know once you get in the mood to fap, you have a different view on everything. Everything you think of will be thought of in a sexual way (mainly everything), so prevent yourself from getting horny in the first place. Don't go on any website with something that will make you horny, and whenever you feel yourself to start getting horny, go outside and take a walk, hang out with your friends, or something like that. Also, if you're old enough, get a girl?
