Can confirm he charged back over 150$ on PayPal via Unauthorized charges, called PayPal and they are reversing them and suspending his account. I will make a report when I get home, on the iPad now.

Listen up, he is obviously using stolen PayPals on socks5 so you can't really do much about it in terms of getting your GP or money back. Nothing will happen to him if he's clever enough except for get a ban from Sythe and hop onto another proxy, create another user and repeat the same process.

There are multiple ways of telling who's going to scam, I mean did you not look at the prices he's paying per/M? The current prices are 0.18 - 0.20 MAX

This dude is offering 0.23 - 0.32/M

In future, stick to buying from people who are trusted and have been a member for a lengthy period of time to minimize any risks.

Sorry for you loss, but you should still both report him.
