    Black screen?
    I've been trying to recover my lost password, but when I attempt to enter my details, it gives me a black box with a yellow outline before I have a chance to enter anything...

    I have updated Java, and it's enabled...

    If you are using chrome that's normal as it always used to happen with me. I use safari now (mac) and haven't had a problem since.

    Black screen?
    I use both Chrome, and FireFox. Just tried IE and didn't work either, it's stays black screen for some reason...
