    Do you get your money back if you get scammed?
    Or is this market like a black market, "50 50" thing.

    Its a black market. Of course people don't get their money back, that would get abused to hell.

    Do you get your money back if you get scammed?
    If you take proper precautions like using a middleman: www.sythe.org/middleman-forums or only trade with big traders then you can avoid being scammed in the first place.

    But no, Sythe staff aren't liable to repay you.
