Heeatz - Being behind with payments/ ignoring me.

On 12-01-2013 I sold Heeatz an account for $350. He wasn't able to pay it all at once, so we agreed to send me an initial payment of $125 and then $25 every 2 weeks after that. After a while the payments stopped coming though, and he told me he needed more time.

In april he pmed me this:



This is not the entire conversation (and I obviously have skype logs and can take more pictures if required.)

A few days ago I pmed him if he could pay me now (since a month had passed).

He hasn't been responding to any of the pm's I've sent him in the past few days, but he has been active on sythe during that time.

I don't really want to report him as a scammer, because I know he isn't one. I'd just like my money.

This has been resolved.

Heeatz still fully intends to pay off his debt, but is just a little behind. Mustard is ok with giving him a grace period, so this case is closed.
