I really can't stand that blue, I don't know, this is just personal preference, but in my eyes, that blue, on your text, is the ugliest colour ever.

 

I actually love that color, well evryone has their own preferences.

The flare is placed all wrong, should be at the bottom covering the bottom part of the text.
The text is really bad. I would work on this because its the main thing that people are looking at, if it looks bad then people won't take it seriously.
Also in the future add some more effects other than just random dots, or stars (if thats what it is) Its a very simple signature.

Don't take it the wrong way, its to help you improve not to bash you.

I like the simple feel of your sig. However the two big dots of light (by the E and between the n and d) are conflicting focus points. It might be better if you made the light by the E smaller/remove it.
