Smokin Mils has IRC dice duels, over/under, roulette, Texas Hold 'Em, and Rock Paper Scissors. You play the games with chips, which can be bought using 07 or EoC gold. It's pretty nice, since you don't have to make trades in-game for each bet. They also lowered dice duel commission to a mere 2%, and added a bonus roll chance to O/U to make its house advantage only 4% (as opposed to 16%). And roulette is exactly like in real life.

i've been gambling around 2B in Ddyce irc and im still not banned . i use an active account but still.

This. Myself, and many others don't want gambling in 07.. Make a staking account, gamble and you have nothing to worry about.

Well I don't want botting in 07 and there's a number of people on these forums who most likely got hacked for using a certain simba script so... meh if you wanna gamble go for it. Its not like botting hasn't already taken a huge toll on 07 as its killed my the funnest part of rs for me which is making money.
