Need a booklet created in Publisher or any other program

I need a booklet made, preferably in publisher

Basically, I am supposed to re-layout a directory for a housing community.

I need

- A simple cover page made
- leave the next 6 pages blank
- All names / addresses inserted from an Excel document that I will send you (these take up about 25 pages) 6 per page

This should be a really quick and easy task for someone who knows what they're doing.
