Green Dragon Stats

Hey everyone,

Just kinda curious on what stats should be before going to face green dragons and also, what are some cheaper set ups. I'm low on cash right now from spending it on skills, but will be able to upgrade after I make some cash from these greens.

Any help is appreicated!

 

I've seen people with 50+ range go to the drags and usin the safe spots? Depends on your attacking style?
You could try out the dorgeeshun xbow with bone bolts? They are fairly cheap!

 

You can do green drags with any 50+ skill.

 

If you're gonna be safe spotting them then 60+ range. If melee then I suggest 60 attack for d scimitar, around 70 strength and 40+ defence.

 

I used range on greens from 55-65 range worked nicely can show you the various safe spots if you can't figure them out. Only died from afking and a few pkers but I didn't risk anything. It's a fairly fun way to train range.

I'm planning on meleeing them. I've got level 56 att and 41 str with 48 def and 40 range.

 

Definitely going to need atleast a dragon weapon and higher strength. I recommend quickly completing atleast waterfall and monkey madness for the experience and dragon scimitar for killing dragons.

 

He doesn't need 60 attack, a rune scim and 50+ strength will be fine.

 

I've done both. I'm going to go at 60 att when I get my D scimm. I'm just not sure on what my set up should be. Any advice, from anyone?

 

3 valuable items, or 4 if you plan on using item protect when you die. You can use dragon scimitar, rune plate, rune legs, amulet of glory (if you can afford like 10, for constantly using edgeville teleport, if not use amulet of strength and walk the whole way). Oh, and an anti-dragon shield ofc.

 

It would be more convenient and affordable to take tabs instead of glory.

 

Try getting 60 attack and a few strength levels, or it won't really be worth the time and trip if you can't kill them quickly

 

I'm going to get 60 att and 60 str, then head over there.

 

Don't get 60 attack because everyone said you need it, 40 attack is perfectly acceptable, just need to have the strength levels to compensate.

 

It makes more sense to have a D scim going over there.
