Recently my computer will not play any Netflix, or Rsps. I have the most up-to-date Java, and Microsoft Silverlight installed, and still nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Java and Silverlight many times, but to no avail. All device drivers are up-to-date as well. If anyone knows how to fix this please message me.

Also my firewall is not blocking anything. This has just left me dumbfounded. Pm or reply.

I just got this build 3 months ago. Don't do any hardcore gaming, so I hope it is. Youtube still works fine.

Have you tried enabling DRM support?

Go to the to the "Applications" folder.
Double-click the "Microsoft Silverlight" shortcut to open the configuration tool.
    Select the "Playback" tab.
Click "Enable download and updates to components required for protected content playback".
Close the menu and your browser.

Delete the PlayReady DRM configuration file
    Delete /Library/Application Support/Microsoft/PlayReady/mspr.hds

    Try that.

"You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility."

Audio enhancements as in speakers? Sorry I am German, not very well in the English department.

If you don't know what it is you most likely don't have it.

After what laptop says, try this for Netflix only. If it solves the problem i can fix it for your rsps.

In trusted sites add: https://*.netflix.com and http://*.netflix.com and uncheck require server verification for the latter to be accepted. After the both of those are added go to the general tab, hit delete and then delete all, including files and settings stored by add-on's.

Ran the scannow thing, it found corrupt files, said it restored, I restarted my computer, and still not loading any Rsps or Netflix.
