If someone recovers my account will PlayerAuctions take legal action against them?

I just recently bought a range pure off PlayerAuctions and they said they'll refund me if the seller tries to recover the account. Also, they claim to take legal action against anyone that does this.

"As a policy, PlayerAuctions will aggressively pursue, to the fullest extent of the law, prosecution of any individuals or groups who engage in fraudulent activity on the Site. This includes fully supplying all relevant personal, transactional, and other identifiable information to the appropriate legal authorities, including, without limitation, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Internet Fraud Complaint Center, the United States Postal Inspection Service, the United States Secret Service and other relevant local, state, federal, and international authorities, such that the they may complete investigations, issue arrest warrants, and make an effective prosecution."

So if I get my account recovered back to the seller would PlayerAuctions do this?

 

They not exactly refund you, they give you credit. The amount you spent for the account to buy another. They claim they take legal action but I've found no cases where they actually have.

 

I doubt they will waste legal resources on each and every RuneScape account. They will probably try to prosecute only on bigger cases.
