How long do you think this would take? What are some quick methods also?

 

1-15 chickens + cows
15-30 in jail port sarim
30-40 rock crabs.. easy

You might aswell use bronze/iron arrows till 30 to save money.

 

Bronze Arrows till lvl 20-30. Then do iron knives on rock crabs.

 

I remember this taking3-5 hours at crabs with iron knives...
If you have money use a cannon, speeds xp up by 10x

 

What the above posted said. If you have a cannon you can do it within 2-3 hours. Iron knives at chaos Druids would be about 4-5 hours.

 

I would just camp at rock crabs.

 

When should I move to Rock Crabs?

One of the best possible ways of training has to be Duel Arena if you have two accounts and willing to multi-log. That way you don't have to pick up your arrows because they are returned to you at the end of the match. Otherwise I would train on goblins in Lumby, until 10-20 range then switch to either Scorpions in Fally or guards in Fally.
